SATURDAYWake up at 7, have coffee, and putter around house til 9 am when I go to gym for weight training with my amazing trainer, Nikki. (Weight training, yes, ladies, we have to do it for our bones, but I do think it’s benefitting my muscles too. Ha.) I was happy to spend a full weekend at home (even in this heat).
