    Did you know that the Plainfield Prairie Pointers Quilt Guild is a community based group that seeks to serve its community?Recently the guild completed and donated two quilts to Plainfield’s Chief of Police, Ben Van Haren, to use in emergency situations. Many of you may know that a person is a state of shock often needs to be covered with a blanket. Merra Albosta, Director of the Plainfield Public Library, has partnered with these caring quilters to store the donated quilts for Officer Van Haren
