A few months back I really felt like creating a track that would bring back memories of my good old deep house days in Berlin. After experimenting with a few melodies and analogue synths with a more emotional feel, I quickly realized I was rather drawn to playing around with groove. I started leaning more into percussive elements, and the idea of a rolling, steady flow with an eventual rise slowly took over. Red Lights is the result. A celebration, an experiment, a memory, an expression of fun.
