WAYNE CO., Ill. (WFIE) - A deadly crash involving a horse and buggy is under investigation in Wayne County, Illinois. Officials with the sheriff’s office said it was a multi vehicle crash on Highway 16. The road was shut down between 615E and 725E. This is west of Johnsonville.
