NILES â A Buchanan man who assaulted and stalked his ex-girlfriend and then tried to intimidate her to recant her statements was sentenced to prison this week in Berrien County Trial Court at the Niles courthouse. Terry Lee Anderson, Jr., 45, of Buchanan pleaded guilty to aggravated stalking, third offense domestic violence and bribing or intimidating a witness â all as a habitual offender â and was sentenced to three concurrent prison terms. He must also pay $464 in fines and costs.
