HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - A new bronze statue has been delivered to the Hastings Public Library and is available to view now. The statue, called “Celebration,” features children flying around a globe. During the three-day event, drivers will not be able to cross Highway 30 if traveling from the east on Husker Highway via Highway 281. Mason Avenue has a partial closure from Independence Avenue to Macron Street for asphalt pavement repair. The work is expected to be done by Sunday.
