Editor's Note: This story was updated Sept. 16. The Salida High School boysâ soccer team improved to 6-0-1 on the season with three recent wins and got over a major hump in the process. The second-ranked team in all of 2A played two games last week, winning both. They started the week with a match on the road against Crested Butte and then closed the week out with a home match against Pueblo West. On Sept. 10, the Spartans traveled to Crested Butte for a chance to break a major losing streak.
