I’m not easily swayed by trendy or viral recipes I find online, but this one got me! The first person I saw make this was —she’s a private chef and recipe developer in LA and she has a Substack you should check out. I watched her make a version of this chicken salad on Instagram and pile it onto a baguette with arugula, and smash salt and vinegar chips on top. Drool.
