    Westbound Interstate 70 was restored to two lanes Sunday morning, earlier than expected. Lane closures were originally expected to last until Monday morning, as the Missouri Department of Transportation continued to install new girders, or large beams, for the flyover ramp that will connect I-70 and U.S. 63.
