    Subscribe nowI have noticed that when I know a loss is imminent, I go through a process of pre-grieving. It’s like I can’t stop my emotional self from preparing for what is to come.It can be quite intense. I would say every bit as intense as the “real” grieving to come. Of course, this is real grieving. I really just mean the grieving that occurs when the actual loss takes place. This pre-grieving seems to happen out of my control, like I have no real choice in the matter.
