    Currently 88% of my revenue comes from speaking engagements. That means only 12% comes from book sales, coaching and partnerships. I want a more balanced mix because I know if companies cut back on external speakers, it would put me in a very vulnerable position. Also, I’m one of those entrepreneurs who is looking to make money while I sleep. Today, that income comes to me in the form of book sales. But the volume just isn’t there yet.
