Foul play may have been involved in the disappearance of Chantel Brooks, the Fairfield Police Department said in a statement Tuesday. Brooks, who turned 37 last week, was last seen on July 17 at 1:45 a.m. leaving a CVS Pharmacy store in the 300 block of East Travis Boulevard in Fairfield, where she lives.
