Anyways, this week we can stick to summer but don’t be shocked (or mad at me) if you see cozy vibes infiltrating in the next few weeks!! Peach and Basil Cottage Cheese Toast 1 peach, sliced 2 pieces mult

Hellloooo my little Sunday babies. How was your week?I asked about what we were hoping to see for meal prep this week and heard one answer so many times that I couldn’t possibly ignore it. So beans it is. I like a bean salad every now and then but I have to admit, I am not as addicted as the rest of the internet is. I typically prefer my bean creativity to come in the form of a bean-derived pasta. BUT, that’s just me. So, let me know if you try it out! Recipes: High Protein Bagel Sandwiches (mak

Summer zucchini season is not to be wasted and I can’t stress enough how much passion I have for zucchini + goat cheese. My friend made it this week as well after I sent her the preview recipe and she added sun-dried tomatoes (so you can do that too and keep me posted)Anyways, recipes for this week are GREAT and I hope you make every
