    HERSHEY — Gov. Josh Shapiro said one individual was killed and two state troopers were injured in a midair crash of a helicopter and small plane at Carlisle Airport on Wednesday evening. Two troopers in the helicopter are in stable condition at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and are expected to make a full recovery, officials said.
