I recently had dinner with friends. The conversation turned to influences and how a single event or experience can shape decisions and change the course of your life. One of the friends at this dinner was a true horse aficionado, having worked around horses for many years. As a gift for her, I decided to try to draw a horse (as you know, I usually confine my art to dogs, so this was a challenge). Even more so, I sought to draw this horse with as few lines as I could, using only a black Sharpie.
