The victim of a fatal pedestrian crash in Iberville Parish on Monday has been identified by the parish coronerâs office as James Berthelot, 69. Berthelot was checking his mailbox at the roadside on La. 75 at about 4 p.m. when he was struck by a pickup truck, a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado, Louisiana State Police said.
