We begin a short series called, “Responding to Thirst." Everyone thirsts for some things and even Jesus Himself, the very Son of God, cried out in thirst. The real issue is not whether we thirst or not. The real issue is how do we respond when we are thirsty. Everyone thirsts. I repeat: If the Son of God could thirst, and could cry out from His thirst, then we need to learn from Him. We must not be silent when thirst comes upon us. But we need God to guide us into how we can satisfy our thirst.
