    REGINA, Sask. — A new court date has been set for a Theodore man arrested after allegedly assaulting a Regina police officer. Philip Randhal, 44, was in Regina Provincial Court Sept. 29, where he had his matters adjourned until Oct. 13. On the afternoon of March 7, the police officer spotted an unregistered vehicle in the city and conducted a traffic stop.
