Hello lovely substack friends! How’s your week been? I feel like mine has only been filled with deadlines but looking back and writing this now, I realise I’ve actually squeezed some fun bits in here and there. Hello substack friends, it’s been a busy week round here with getting kids back to school and everybody trying to get back into their different routines. I’ve been spending many blissful hours in my caravan, catching up with some illustration work and accidentally creating new projects along the way! Oops! Hello substack friends. How are you all now we’re marching on into September? I can happily report that I’m home from France and have nestled back into my caravan studio, ready to busy myself with lots of brilliant projects that I have going on. I always feel the most productive throughout the colder months as I like to cosy up and draw whilst it’s chilly outside. Hello friends, I am currently writing to you from France where it is lovely and sunny but is not too hot thank goodness. Anywhere in the 20s - yes please… into the 30s? No thank you, so it’s perfect! Plenty of wine, cheese and baguettes have been eaten so far this week so I shall be in need of rolling back onto the ferry in a few days time but not until I’ve filled my van up with french wine and tins of Mont Blanc to take back home though… this is an absolute must of any french trip.
