I have always been in love with God. My childlike faith has carried me through the years. But a romantic relationship with Jesus was never something I thought I’d ever discover. I know that you’re out there. You’re a growing whisper. I feel you drawing near, closer and closer. I would love to believe I am finding you in the bits and pieces of my mind where I don’t crave any taste for yours. I feel your breathe when I fall asleep. Your heartbeat pounds in my brain, pulsing- but never are you a consumption of my body. I don’t crave you like melting honey, I don’t need you like needles or rely on your breathe for me to live as you are already an imprint in my fingers. <p
