A new eatery offering island style lunch and dinner cuisine will be opening July 13 in Kingman. The Niu Valley Hawaiian Grill is located at 3416 Stockton Hill Road, between the Hobby Lobby and Bosa Donut outlets that will also open this month. Keith Lawther and his sister Lehua co-own the family enterprise that will employ about a dozen people. He said citizens whoâve been stopping in are eager to try out the new dining option.
