    DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office on Sept. 24 reported an inmate death at the county jail and said the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is handling the case. “The investigation is ongoing and has been turned over to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI),” the news release said. “All questions regarding the investigation should be directed to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.” A GBI news release identified the inmate as David Addo-Wright, 24, of Covington.
