    Moving on from hurtful, traumatic events of the past is a process. Successfully moving on requires work. I have and am continuing to do the work, analyze and confront, sort out and solve. Some things though…I benefit from keeping a tight lid on. I benefit from compartmentalizing some of “the things.” There are times, though when a catalyst causes a lid to blow off, releasing a cascade of traumatic memories of “the things” with the lid on.
