👋 Hello Friends,Today is the beginning of August. Yikes, where did all that time go? Summers do have a way of rushing by - the long days seem still to not be quite long enough. I’ve spent a fair amount of them outside connecting with humans at gatherings, festivals and in nature and whilst tired, I feel very full. Today also marks ~12 weeks post surgery.
