Tomos is an artist living and creating in Cardiff, although he’d rather describe himself as a ‘maker’. We first met in Venice during the Biennale in 2016; where Tomos was overseeing us invigilators at the Stephen Chambers’ ‘The Court of Redondo’ exhibition, held in a beautiful palazzo by the Grand Canal.
