    One person I often think about, sometimes when I’m having a pleasant enough night out journaling, is a semi-regular who I call Oyster Guy at The French Bistro who makes my skin crawl. Oyster Guy loves talking about food, eating, and drinking, he just doesn’t know anything about it. An extra well done steak, ketchup on the side, a dirty vesper martini, filthy. See what I mean? A well meaning rube, slightly “touched by God”. One time he comes in and we are slow, two tables max, to sit at the bar.O
