i am in a 52 day practice starting today of moseying as a way to care for my wander and my wonder and my writing. i go mosey wherever i am and then mosey with my writing about the moseying. mosey is such a cute word and also hinting at the whimsy i want with my prophetic awareness, maybe what rev. pauli murray meant when they wrote about being “pixie-prophetic.” mosey is so moses-coded too. like verbing the activity of Moses’s prophetic attention where Moses knew presence was the prophetic task.
