Aleksey Koloskov was sentenced to 17 years to life on Wednesday for the 2013 murder of Melinda Ingram, whose body was found near Interstate 71-75 in northern Kentucky. Judge Robert Goering called the crime "horrible" and told Koloskov he would impose a longer sentence if possible. Koloskov received 15 years for the murder and an additional two years for tampering with evidence.
