almond flour biscuit + evoo chicken pot pie (opens the original)

    Excerpt · Positive tone

    Read excerpt

Chicken pot pie has long been a cozy season favorite and I think we basically all agree, right? this version is made thoughtfully with gluten free almond flour biscuits that I HONESTLY prefer to regular. They taste comforting just like a reg biscuit does, but you still feel good after eating them, which a reg biscuit does nooooot do for me. I hope you love the one! <a class="image-link image2 is-viewable-img" href="https://substackcdn.com/image/fetch/$s_!nJtE!,f_auto,q_auto:good,fl_progressive:s

FALL CHICKEN SALAD (opens the original)

    Excerpt · Positive tone

I make this particular mix of fall forward ingredients every year and it’s always a favorite of the whole family. It’s reeeeaaalllly simple to put together, truly simple. Hardest part is coming up with cooked chicken 😂 so what I do is have my husband make extra on the grill the night before. I just keep it in the fridge overnight and then the next day it’s just cut and add in. it makes the process seamless and super fast. I usually make it in a double batch so it lasts a few days, we burn throug

Apple pie bars (opens the original)

    Excerpt · Positive tone

    Read excerpt

Apple pie season aka Fall is my FAVORITE. And we all love an apple pie. But an apple pie barrr might be an even better treat bc it’s handheld, my picky kids love it and it’s much easier to make. Plus it’s better for you with less fat and more nutrient dense ingredients. <sour
