Buddy (2026) Review (opens the original)
Read excerpt
Did you know that there’s another Buddy movie out there? I had no idea until I typed it into google images.Anyway.This is my review of Casper Kelly’s Buddy, which is a horror movie more based on Barney the purple dinosaur than it is on Five Nights at Freddy’s. I go over what the movie was about and how they went about shooting the film so as not to scar the kids for life.
Return of the Living Dead Part 2 Review (opens the original)

I’ve been trying to swear less in my podcast, but wow. This one brought it out of me anyway. It sucks SOOOOO bad its unreal. I love zombies, I love horror movies, I love Return of the Living Dead—but I hate this stupid, tone-less, pointless movie. I thought I hated Titanic, The Notebook and Regression, but no. Those at least have the right to be called movies. This movie is flatter than a piano with only black keys. It is HORRIBLE
Return of the Living Dead (1985) Review feat. Tolkien Pop! (opens the original)
Read excerpt
I invited Nick of Tolkien Pop onto the podcast to talk about one of my personal favorites: Return of the Living Dead. Nick and I explore and discuss this cult-classic zombie horror flick.Big THANKS!!! to Nick who agreed to be on the podcast for me! This was loa

Studios saw shot-for-shot remakes as a good way to test directors, often giving them these shot-for-shots instead of ori
Books that help kids identify unsafe adults (opens the original)
Read excerpt
That’s the goal now.Although I enjoy writing what I want, when I want, for who I want—namely, horror for adults—this idea came to me and I felt I couldn’t NOT do something about it. Not because I think its extremely marketable, but because I think its extremely needed and would save a lot of parents and kids a lot of hurt. This Substack is reader-supported.
