I live by the sea. At 76 years, I have nothing “better” to do than watch her subtle & not-so-subtle changes throughout the moments, the days, months & years. I watch as she changes colors as the storms come in or form seeming from “out of the blue sky.” I watch & listen as the waves grow larger or subside, lashing or lapping the beach where I sit. I observe & daydream. Whisps of the past come up, are turned over examined & sent out to sea & sky, the scape in front of me.<div class="subscription-
