    Happy October! This month our seasons have turned again and September started with hot temperatures and ended with cool nights (not quote frost yet). We’ve had lots of fruit coming in for the harvest: apples, grapes, peaches, pears and fall raspberries. It’s been fun to use them creatively and then preserve some - we’re doing a lot of freezing this year.
