    I began sewing my watercolor swatches circles into garlands at the end of June. My desk continually collects practice swatches and color mixing experiments. I love the fact that “failed” experiments can gain a new life by simply reassembling them. The process is quite simple and surprisingly satisfying. It’s also a way to revisit the swatches and remember which colors and color combinations I used as well as clear off my desk… for more projects of course!<p clas
