    Today I talked to my friend Shuku about feeling useless. I shared with her that I felt guilty for not doing enough. Her reply was so wise that I asked if I could copy/paste it for you. This is what she wrote to me:“Let me redefine 'able' for your brain. 'Able' is what you are COMFORTABLE capable of managing, WITHOUT stressing/burning yourself out/getting to the point of 'I can't take it anymore'/becoming so exhausted you crash.'Able' is not 'do until you cannot take it anymore'.
