NH Supreme Court justices appear to have issued a false public statement about a court staff re-organization while showing financial favoritism to a certain staff member and while ignoring public concerns about appearances of bias in the Rand school funding case. Throw in a judge who was prosecuted for seeking favor from the governor for her husband and you have a court in turmoil and in deep trouble with the public. It pains me to write this.
