Aberdeen was everything I expected it be. Damp, moody, and somewhat rural. But the people were super nice and the food was solid. I’ve always enjoyed the PNW. I love all the greenery, tall trees, and slower lifestyle. For those who’ve never heard of Aberdeen it’s about 2 hours south or Seattle. And I believe it’s about approximately 1 1/2 hrs to 2 north of Portland. It sits at the edge of Grays harbor, which means it has great seafood.
