FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) -- Nineteen-year-old Isaac Putney is out of the hospital and on his way to rehab. That's according to an update on his GoFundMe page which has now raised over $35,000. Putney was on his motorcycle and stopped at a stop light when he was hit by a vehicle going approximately 70 miles per hour on South University Drive. The crash happened Sunday, September 13. FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) -- Fargo Public Schools will be asking voters to reauthorize its general fund excess mill levy for another 10 years. The vote will go on the November 3rd ballot. The current excess mill levy approval will expire after December 31, 2027.
