NYT published a Dana Smith column "How ADHD Changes as You Age" on 09/10/2026. In my judgment, it is a classic example of ADHD “fluff” reporting. Many of the ADHD/ASD columns published by NYTimes during the last decade have come across as “performative.” Seems to fill space, but not much real education.
