As soon as we moved to the farm, I wanted goats. I spent a little time researching dairy breeds, no way were we gonna eat them, and settled on Nigerian Dwarf Goats. They seemed to be easier to manage, made less impact on the soil and you could have more because they were smaller. A friend and neighbor gave us a Boer doeling that had been rejected by her mom. This is a jumbled mess of pictures over the past couple months. I don’t have time to write, barely make time to read, if I didn’t keep my phone on me there would be no pictures. Our garden is out of control, we are managing the minimum amount of yardwork and keeping the farm animals alive. The coop, goat house, hay shed and barn all need repairs and let’s not talk about fencing. My wife is pumping out as many baked goods as she can from our little home kitchen and is managing to keep the humans
