This was written on Thursday, September 4th, 2026.We were not successful in persuading the court that a stay should be granted. In practical terms, it means I myself can not bypass the current exclusion while our federal case proceeds. The judge however, did give the Attorney General of Canada 14 days to get their shit together- which is to say that although I didn’t get the relief I desperately need, she has put the government under considerable pressure to move our case along. I had no choice

I wrote an article last week about what happened in court. Instead of simply hearing me read it to you, I figured I’d make a video- as I sometimes do as a thank you for my subscribers. Though it occurs to me now that this could be seen more as a punishment. If so, the good news is, you can absolutely read it with your own eyeballs. You do not have to wa…

I’m sorry I’ve been absent- I’ve been wanting to write an article and send some of you messages, but I couldn’t. In my defence, I’ve been preoccupied. Who among us hasn’t played the “I’m suing the Crown” card to get out of something? The last time I was in court, the judge had to recuse himself because we knew each other from AA. My case was withdrawn. See?! Sometime
