カフェの営業が終わったあと、その日あったことや、ふと思ったことを話すラジオです。私は岐阜県で「RIVERBED COFFEE」というコーヒー屋を営んでいます。世界のコーヒーを通して、人と人、地域と世界をつなぐことをテーマに、コーヒー豆の焙煎、カフェの運営、卸売などを行っています。このラジオでは、コーヒー屋の経営のリアル、スタッフとの出来事、日々考えていることや事業の悩み、そして日常の中で感じたことなどを、閉店後の時間にゆるく話していきます。コーヒー片手に、少しだけお付き合いください。今日も1日、珈琲屋でした。
