「 个人思考与自我疗愈 」大醉大醒的时候，时常觉得自己离自洽就差那么一点点，就差那么一点点。我想对真诚的练习是抵达自由、甚至是抵达自由意志的唯一路径。于我而言，这一练习更像是情绪劳动和体力劳动，而非智力劳动。我时不时会在他人试图自救的努力中获得力量，因此也把自己的力量放在这里。我不理解这短暂又漫长的旅途的意义，可是纵观目前为止的这一生，被救——包括自救与他救——总比不被救好。因此，很高兴能在这里遇见你。
