在競爭激烈的教育現場，許多父母親「超前部署」孩子的未來前途，也期望下一代適性發展。我們看見國際教育、實驗教育方興未艾。同時，移民與國外留學，被提上許多家庭的夢想板，進而成為具體計畫！為此，充分的資訊，尤其是留學、國際教育的第一手經驗，至關重要。而在紛雜的網路環境中，提供「經過整理」的訊息，是我們的目標。IC之音的國際教育特別節目《國際起跑線》，呼應今年12月6日週六，於國立清華大學旺宏館首度舉辦的《IC國際教育展》，邀請參展專家受訪，讓大家在空中搶先聽到最新趨勢。透過國際教育、實驗教育、高等教育、留學遊學、政府機關、國際學生會等來賓，多元專業，共同發聲！
